Chemist Warehouse has unveiled a new brand campaign , ‘Always here. Always ready’ created with independent agency Strat.

The campaign reflects how shopping has evolved since the retailer’s last major brand work in 2014. Today’s customers are more brand-aware, digitally savvy and value-driven — browsing
online before visiting in-store, using Click & Collect, or opting for fast delivery.

“Chemist Warehouse is everywhere,” the campaign declares, showcasing the brand’s omnichannel promise of value and convenience.

“Chemist Warehouse is more than just a store,” says Kimberley Flanagan, creative director. “It is the household name supporting Australians across health, wellness, and everyday convenience. With 600+ stores and thousands of staff, Chemist Warehouse is like an army of helpers, always ready to step in and save the day.”

At the heart of the creative is the Chemist Warehouse whistle — once a jingle, now a sonic signature recognised nationwide. Reimagined as a playful SOS, the whistle becomes a cheeky call for help in everyday emergencies, signalling fast, reliable action from Chemist Warehouse.

The multi-channel campaign spans TV, radio, outdoor, transit, and digital activations to meet Australians wherever they live, shop, and travel.

Chemist Warehouse has always been about value and accessibility, but customer expectations have shifted. This campaign celebrates that evolution from every high street to every shopper’s pocket.

Strat CEO Adam Hilton added, “Chemist Warehouse is one of Australia’s most iconic retailers. This work honours its heritage while capturing its role in modern Australian life.”

The campaign is live nationwide.
