The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) handed out 26 medical suspensions following Noche UFC 3 this past weekend (Sat., Sept. 13, 2025) inside Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas. Among those sidelined were headliner Jean Silva and both fighters in the co-main event, Rob Font and David Martinez, who each received 30-day suspensions after their hard-fought battles.

Two fighters from the preliminary “Prelims” were hit with indefinite suspensions and will need medical clearance before they can return to action.

Meanwhile, Dusko Todorovic — who scored a dominant first-round submission win over Jose Medina — was also transported to the hospital afterward for precautionary CT scans of his head and face. His injury specifics remain undisclosed, but he will need clearance before competing again.

Just a quick reminder: Fighters often return to action much quicker once doctors give them the green light. The lengthy suspensions are just a precaution in most cases. In addition, not all injuries are recorded during the post-fight examination and often times surface in follow-up tests.
