The 2025/26 EuroLeague season is just nine days away, but AS Monaco has already added silverware to its cabinet.
The French side won the LNB Super Cup by defeating Le Mans 104–79 in the final. Earlier, Vassilis Spanoulis’ team also secured a convincing semifinal victory over Boulazac, 95–70.
Mike James led the way in the final for Monaco with 18 points and six rebounds, while Elie Okobo added 16 points and seven assists. Alpha Diallo had another strong all-around performance, finishing with 14 points, seven assists, and six rebounds.
Daniel Theis also reached double figures with 12 points, Nikola Mirotic contributed 11, and Kevarrius Hayes added nine points and six rebounds.
Interestingly, after losing to Le Mans, Paris couldn’t even secure third place, falling 80–96 to Boulazac, despite Nadir Hifi and Justin Robinson scoring 19 points each.
Hapoel Jerusalem rallies past Maccabi Tel Aviv to win Super Cup
Hapoel Jerusalem came from behind to beat Maccabi Tel Aviv 84-79 in the Super Cup, with Kadyn Carrington scoring 21 points and Jared Harper adding 20.
The turning point came in the third quarter as Jerusalem completed the comeback, while Roman Sorkin led Maccabi with 22 points, while Lonnie Walker didn’t play.
