VAIL, COLO. — Arizona Women’s Golf wraps up the Golfweek Red Sky Classic with a 12-under par final round. The Cats were led by Charlotte Back’s 66 and finished in fourth place.
Charlotte Back was tied for sixth headed into the final round and jumped inside the top five with her 66. Julia Misemer had her best round of the tournament with a 66 and finished tied for 12th. Kinsley Ni also carded a 68 in the final round. She finished tied for 16th in her first ever collegiate event. Nena Wongthanavimok and Angela Arora both shot 2-over par in today’s final round.
With Back’s fourth place finish she has now finished inside the top ten in 10 out of the last 15 tournaments. As a team, the Wildcats had the third most birdies after 54 holes. Julia MIsemer had the second best par 5 scoring average playing them 4.50 strokes on average.
Arizona will tee it up next on October 8th for the NB3 Matchplay.
