Meghan Markle has bemused fans on social media after revealing the question Prince Archie asked after the Sussex family’s recent trip to Disneyland.

The Duke, 41, and Duchess of Sussex, 44, took their two children on a two-day visit to the original theme park in California, Anaheim, to celebrate Princess Lilibet’s fourth birthday in June.

In September, Harry and Meghan appeared on ABC’s The Happiest Story on Earth: 70 Years of Disneyland – a Special Edition of 20/20 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the famed park with a star-studded cohort.

‘Profoundly difficult’: Meghan and Harry a ‘nightmare’ for Netflix

It’s there the ex-working royals promoted their trip and provided the network with a new picture of Archie and Lilibet enjoying their fun-filled days at the park, with Lili reaching out to her Disney-themed cake.

Meghan said it was special to see her children experience her own childhood memories, adding Archie asked: ‘When’s my birthday?’”

The question baffled most viewers, who took to social media to question why the young royal, six, doesn’t know the date of his own birthday.

Archie celebrated his day in May, with Meghan marking the occasion with an Instagram photo of her son on a sun-soaked balcony in California.

“A six-year-old who doesn’t know his own birthday…our three-year-old knows hers!” one person wrote on X.

“Oh, good Lord, my kids knew their birthdays before they were five!” another person said.

“So the kid didn’t remember that he had a birthday party a few weeks ago?” a third person said.

Another person argued that by the age of six, children should know their birthday, along with their address, last name, and parents’ names.

However, other people pointed out that Archie was most likely just pondering how long it would be until his next birthday, so he could also enjoy a fun-filled day out after having a joyful time on his sister’s day.

“I think he was asking how far away his birthday was, not the date,” one person said.

Meghan Markle has built her reputation for being ‘inconsistent’ and ‘not winning’

In June, the Duchess of Sussex shared a video from the family’s two-day ‘VIP’ visit to Disneyland — with Archie joining in the celebrations.

The clip captured the family of four enjoying rides, sampling park treats, and, of course, cutting into a Disney princess–inspired birthday cake.

“Thank you @disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!,” Meghan captioned the post, set to Peggy Lee’s “It’s a Good Day.”

According to royal commentator Rupert Bell, the Sussexes were in “the VIP lane with extra bells on” during their exclusive visit.

“There didn’t seem to any other members of the public while they were there,” he told TalkTV.

It is unclear if the ABC interview was filmed in exchange for the VIP trip or if it’s a sign of a new relationship between the Sussexes and Disney.
