In a recent Steam post, CAPCOM thanks players for their support of their games and warns them that various of their Monster Hunter franchise titles will no longer be supported for Windows 10.
This doesn’t mean they can’t be booted or played: CAPCOM’s support services will just no longer be able to help players (such as if the game won’t start up or function properly), and there’s no guarantee that the titles will run smoothly or adequately.
While the post was made in Monster Hunter Wilds, there are several entries that will no longer be supported after the 10th of October 2025:
Monster Hunter Wilds.
Monster Hunter: World.
Monster Hunter Rise.
As Windows drops support for their operating systems, this will continue to happen to games!
