The SVC Champion Lady Pioneers of Zane Trace are Division 2 District Golf champs, with SVC foe Piketon taking runner-up Tuesday at Crown Hill Golf Course. Both teams advance to the state tournament with Zane Trace firing a team score 357, easily outdistancing Piketon’s 385.
Rosella Lattavo of Zane Trace was match medalist with an 18-hole round of 72.
Logan Elm’s Naomi Stahr advances to the state tournament as an individual player not on a qualifying team, shooting a 88. Trimble’s Braylee Richards of Trimble also advanced with a 89.
