Ruckman Peter Ladhams has extended his stay in the Harbour City, signing on with the Swans for another two seasons. It will keep Ladhams in the red and white until at least the end of 2027.

Ladhams arrived in Sydney at the end of the 2021 season from Port Adelaide and has featured in 31 AFL games with the Swans.

The 27-year-old has played in a variety of positions in the red and white, but mainly in the ruck and up forward.

Sydney Swans Executive General Manager AFL Football, Leon Cameron, said the contract extension is reward for Ladhams’ hard work.

“Pete has been a very handy addition to our squad since arriving at the club a couple of years ago. His ability to play in numerous positions is extremely valuable to us,” Cameron said.

“This two-year extension is a good reward for effort and consistency for Pete, and I look forward to seeing what he will contribute in the coming seasons.”
