Three of the club’s NRLW stars are also a chance of being selected in the Dally M team of the year with young gun Phoenix-Raine Hippi receiving her first nomination on the wing.
This comes on the back of a stellar debut season, scoring nine tries in only seven appearances, which earnt her a two-year contract extension to remain on the Gold Coast until 2027.
Lauren Brown will be hoping to be crowned halfback of the year for the second year running after being shortlisted alongside the Rooster Tarryn Aiken and Newcastle playmaker Jesse Southwell; whilst Jess Elliston is a red-hot chance to claim prop of the year to back-up her Titans NRLW player of the year accolade she received last month.
The Maroons and Jillaroos powerhouse was the top forward in the competition for run metres and post contact metres at the end of the regular season and was judged News Corp’s front rower of the year at the halfway mark of the competition in August.
