RENO, Nev. – The Nevada Men’s Basketball team was recognized for its academic success with five players earning spots on the 2025 Spring Academic All-Mountain West Team for the 2024 to 2025 season. Honorees include Nick Davidson, Daniel Foster, Xavier DuSell, Jordan Malmlov, and Kobe Sanders.
Nick Davidson and Daniel Foster each earned their Master of Business Administration degrees while balancing the demands of collegiate athletics. Xavier DuSell completed his degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, and Jordan Malmlov graduated with a degree in General Business Administration. Kobe Sanders earned his degree in Communications.
Four of those student-athletes—Davidson, Foster, DuSell, and Malmlov—were also recognized on the 2025 Mountain West Scholar-Athlete Award Team, an honor given to student-athletes who maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
These honors reflect the strong academic commitment of the Nevada Men’s Basketball program during the 2024 to 2025 academic year. The team continues to uphold high standards in the classroom while competing in the Mountain West Conference.
