Titleist Pro V1x 2025 Golf Balls

The Pro V1x is one of the most successful golf balls across all professional Tours, year after year, and that’s thanks to a number of factors, including consistency, performance, flight, and trust.

In our 2025 robot test, we tested 62 golf balls, and the Pro V1x finished in T14 – a very solid finish for a golf ball of this nature.

The Pro V1x is higher-flying and higher-spinning than the Titleist Pro V1, which might make it less appealing, but I’m going to tell you why you should at least consider the Pro V1x.

Given its popularity on Tour, it’s probably unsurprising to learn that the Pro V1x is one of the best golf balls for golfers with fast swing speeds, but it’s also competitive for golfers with average swing speeds.

Being Titleist’s higher-spinning premium golf ball, the Pro V1x is a challenger to the best high-spin golf balls, and with an iron in hand, it’s very easy to trust this golf ball. Out of all 62 golf balls we tested, the Pro V1x delivers the eighth-best carry distance consistency when attacking pins.

You can put a lot of confidence into the Pro V1x when playing around the greens because you know it’s going to stop quickly, and it delivers fantastic feedback and response. The Pro V1x was well above the test average (5,687rpm) for backspin (5,952rpm), and over 200rpm higher than the Pro V1.

The Pro V1x is trusted by hundreds of Tour pros, and now’s your time to put your trust in this premium golf ball while it’s on a brilliant deal this Amazon Prime Day.
