But the charity said it had made a workplace health and safety assessment. It indicated that keeping wombats might be harmful to Ms Lo and so she had, by law, be prevented from doing so. In other words, ACT Wildlife concluded that keeping wombats might make Ms Lo’s MS worse so it couldn’t let her have the animals even though she wanted them and had done them no harm.
