Sandown 500 track schedule released, 2025 Supercars finals

THE track schedule is out for Supercars’ semi-final next month at Sandown, complete with a hint that the new Gen3 Toyota Supra is coming to town.

Despite losing its enduro status, the event is still officially called the Penrite Oil Sandown 500 – just it is now headlined by two 250km Supercars races (81 laps each) instead of a single 500-kayer (161 laps).

Four Supercars demonstration sessions are listed on the schedule, indicating the Supra’s presence. The Toyota Supercar, which dazzled fans at Bathurst, had already been confirmed for laps at the upcoming Gold Coast 500.

Filling the support card will be the TGRA GR Cup, Touring Car Masters, V8 SuperUtes and Porsche Sprint Challenge.

As for the main game action, seven drivers will enter in finals contention, but only four will leave still in the hunt.
