Former Ikale Tahi and professional rugby player Hale T-Pole is now the CEO of Pacific Rugby Players – an association dedicated to ensure that Pacific rugby players have a voice at the decision-making tables and that players’ needs are being met.

T-Pole was in Tonga recently running workshops for retired professional players, helping them explore life after rugby.

“We owe something to these players – the retired players,” T-Pole said.

“So we started putting some resources together.  This year we ran an agriculture and farming workshop.”
