After the Border Gavaskar Trophy lit up last summer, India’s superstars are returning to Australian shores for a blockbuster white-ball tour down under, beginning with the first ODI in Perth on Sunday 19 October.
Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma have both been named to take part in the three-match ODI series, despite having retired from Test and T20 international cricket, as India look towards the 2027 ODI World Cup under the captaincy of Shubman Gill.
A host of Australia’s world champions are set to feature in the 50-over format with Mitchell Marsh to captain a side including man of the match from the World Cup final two years ago Travis Head, and fast bowling duo Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood.
