Three days before Black Kombat 15 in August 2025, Choi Jun-seo said, “We are currently considering a knee treatment plan. I’m going to think deeply about the future direction while I’m having a recovery time,” he said, explaining the reason for his absence from the tournament.
At a press conference for the settlement of Black Kombat 15, attended by MK Sports, YouTube channel “Lee Kyo-duk GOAT,” and martial arts reporter Jung Sung-wook, Park Pyeong-hwa admitted that he would grant title match qualifications to No. 1 welterweight “Nobles” Miusong Castru (32, Brazil).
