Svarc entered concussion protocols following the Lions win over Gold Coast, flagging at least one change for Craig Starcevich’s chargers.
Captain Bre Koenen will be unavailable for up to three weeks after injuring her hamstring at training this week.
The Lions’ extended interchange is listed as Poppy Boltz, Eleanor Hartill, Shannon Campbell, Neasa Dooley, Sophie Peters, Rania Crozier, Dee Heslop and Claudia Wright.
The Lions take on the Bombers at Windy Hill in Round 10 of the 2025 NAB AFLW Season, with the first bounce from 12:05pm AEST.
