The FIBA Champions League tips off and Igokea, led by Nenad Stefanovic, will host Trieste on their home floor.
The matchup between Igokea and Trieste is scheduled for Tuesday at 18:00. Ahead of the game, Igokea head coach Nenad Stefanovic said:

“I think this club, because of everything it has done in the past and what it will do in the future, deserves a full arena — primarily the players with their attitude and effort last season and this one. I am glad to see a large number of kids at the games, and I hope there will be even more tomorrow. As for the game, there are three things that are very important.
First — protecting home court is crucial in the Champions League. Second — we have caught a good defensive rhythm in the last two games and that will be of crucial importance tomorrow. We are playing against a talented team that can solve opponents with individual offensive quality. They are exceptionally well coached by a EuroLeague-level coach, so we need maximum focus for all 40 minutes and we expect to win on our home court.”
In the current ABA League run, Igokea has two wins in two games.
