After a one-week delay, a new entry to the “Real Housewives” universe begins airing tonight.

Taking a cue from the 2004 ABC reality series “Wife Swap,” a new series — “Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition” — will follow one “Real Housewife” as they swap lives with a real housewife in their area. They’ll trade in their everyday comforts and luxuries for a vastly different life with a new family.

The show was initially set to premiere last week, but following “Real Housewives of Potomac” star Wendy Osefo’s Oct. 10 arrest, Bravo pulled the first episode, which stars Osefo.

The series will now kick off tonight with “RHOSLC” favorite Angie Katsanevas.

Angie Katsanevas from “RHOSLC” will appear in Episode 1; she’ll swap lives with “off-the-grid homesteader and former Mormon Lindsay Flake, whose family lives without electricity, running water and rules.”

“RHONJ”s Melissa Gorga headlines Episode 2 as she swaps households with “disorganized vegan and Double Dutch enthusiast Michelle Clark.”

Episode 3 features “RHOC” star Emily Simpson swapping “her modern marriage with do-it-all dad Shane for an old-school marriage with hands-off dad Erik Svensson,” while Svensson’s wife Caley “experiences a laid-back new life in the OC.”

In the Season 1 finale, “RHOP”s Wendy Osefo “swaps lives with free-spirited Floridian Alethea Shapiro, who prioritizes fun, independence, [and] absolutely no rules.”
