The princess will undertake a series of military engagements in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane during the four-day visit to commemorate the centenary, Buckingham Palace said.
Princess Anne will lay a wreath at the Sydney War Cemetery in her role as President of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, the palace said.
She will also lay a wreath at the Anzac Memorial in Sydney’s Hyde Park to mark Remembrance Day.
The full itinerary for the princess’ visit will be revealed closer to her arrival.
The Princess Royal and Sir Tim will then travel to Singapore on Wednesday November 12 and Thursday November 13 to mark 60 years of diplomatic relations between the UK and Singapore.
She is due to meet Singapore’s president and prime minister and visit the Kranji War Memorial, the Airbus Asia Training Centre and Rolls-Royce’s Seletar campus.
Split-second snap that had Anne spitting expletives
Princess Anne’s last major visit to Australia was in April 2022, which coincided with the first anniversary of her father’s death.
She officially opened the Sydney Royal Easter Show, celebrating the bicentenary of the Royal Agricultural Society of the Commonwealth in her role as patron.
Princess Anne also hosted a garden party for the charities and military patronages she supports.

She returned briefly in February, 2023, and visited the Royal Australian Corp of Transport, the Royal Botanic Gardens and NSW Mounted Police.
Princess Anne was last in Singapore in November, 2016.
Her visit to Australia will come just over a year since King Charles and Queen Camilla toured Sydney and Canberra in October, 2024.
It is hoped Prince William and Catherine will bring their three children Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, seven, to Australia next year.
The last time Prince William and Kate toured Australia was in 2014 when Prince George was nine months old.
