Katie Taylor rubbed shoulders with two of the greatest boxers of all time at an event on Wednesday evening.
The Irishwoman was flanked by modern greats Terence Crawford and Vasyl Lomachenko as she attended the Night of Champions boxing event held at the 38th World Boxing Organisation convention on Colombia.
Also in attendance was Nakisa Bidarian – CEO of Jake Paul’s MVP promotions. Taylor has fought twice under the MVP banner on massive Netflix cards for her last two bouts, both of which ended in victory for Taylor over her long-time foe Amanda Serrano.

Since securing that trilogy win over Serrano, Taylor has remained coy on her fighting future. She intimated that she had a decision to make after the bout, with her long-term promoter Eddie Hearn revealing that it was the first time he had heard Taylor say ‘if’ she fights again rather than ‘when’ she fights again.
In the four months since that bout, Taylor has made no comment on her future. However, she was stripped of her WBC super-lightweight World title after failing to enter into negotiations with mandatory challenger Chantelle Cameron, who remains the only woman to ever beat Taylor in the professional arena.
Away from the ring, Taylor has been kept very busy. She tied the knot with her husband Sean McCavanagh at the beginning of the 2025, and is now step-children to his five children that he has from his first marriage.
