Lanserhof to open multiple luxury resorts by 2030, with preventive health and longevity medicine at their core.
European longevity clinic provider Lanserhof has secured a €95 million capital injection to fuel its next phase of global expansion. The luxury health resort group revealed it intends to open “several new locations” by 2030 and to launch its own line of premium nutrition supplements and cosmetics as part of a strategy to extend its reach beyond destination resorts.
The preventive health and longevity medicine specialist currently operates three flagship resorts in Germany and Austria, with a fourth site under development near Marbella, Spain. The Spanish location is slated to open in 2027, and is the first step in a wider international rollout.

Speaking about the new funding, Lanserhof CEO Dr Christian Harisch said it would “provide resources and expertise to strengthen our presence in Europe while expanding our footprint into new regions globally where demand for high-quality preventive health and longevity solutions is accelerating.”

Founded more than four decades ago, Lanserhof has built its reputation on a holistic model of care that combines advanced medical science, therapeutic fasting and natural healing methods. Its approach to longevity focuses on understanding aging at the genetic, cellular and metabolic levels to create individualized treatment plans that aim to slow biological aging and enhance vitality. The company’s Lanserhof Concept brand combines AI-assisted diagnostics with interdisciplinary medical experts, delivering programs designed to address physical, mental and emotional health.
Unapologetically luxurious (Lanserhof referred to its Sylt location as “Europe’s most expensive health resort” when it opened in 2022) the group’s services are supported by teams of doctors, therapists and health specialists. Its longevity programs begin with comprehensive medical assessments that analyze biomarkers and biological age, forming the basis for tailored treatments. Core offerings include medically supervised fasting, personalized exercise and nutrition plans, cold chamber therapy, altitude training and metabolic optimization procedures. Lanserhof’s Brain Health Institute extends the company’s preventive health philosophy to cognitive function, offering early detection and intervention for neurodegenerative conditions.
The funding comes through a regulated investment vehicle managed by AltamarCAM Partners, supported by a consortium of investors anchored by King Street Capital Management.
“We believe Lanserhof has strong potential to benefit from the growing global demand for longevity, and preventive wellness solutions,” said AltamarCAM chairman Fernando Olaso.
