Arne Slot matched a club record as Liverpool beat Aston Villa in the Premier League on Saturday night.
The 2-0 victory for the Reds at Anfield saw head coach Slot surpass the milestone of 100 league points since taking charge.
The Dutchman hit that tally on the occasion of his 48th league game – the same number of matches it took Sir Kenny Dalglish to reach his century and first make history when in charge of the club.
Having of course guided Liverpool to the title last term, Slot’s record in the division now stands at 31 wins, nine draws and eight defeats.
