Despite near-constant attention from the tabloid media, Jennifer Aniston has always stayed pretty quiet about her love life, but that hasn’t stopped her few public relationships (Brad Pitt, Justin Theroux, John Mayer) receiving plenty of attention. How, the actor has just hard launched her latest love, and the internet is thrilled with the news.
On November 2, the Morning Show star shared a black-and-white photo of herself and wellness coach and author Jim Curtis, with her cuddling him from behind. For his part, he is all smiles, and she has captioned the photo with a clear and loved up message: “Happy birthday my love. Cherished ❤️”.

It’s the first time Aniston has publicly acknowledged the relationship, and fans were predictably supportive, as were her fellow celebrities. In just four hours, the post has received over 560,000 likes and 4,000 comments, with celebrities like Leslie Mann commenting a red love heart.
It’s a delight to see Aniston so happy, given the unfair scrutiny she has received for years, about everything from her marriage to Brad Pitt breaking down to her fertility. While appearing on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast, she opened up about the latter, and how she found “peace” after accepting that having children wasn’t in her life plan. “When people say, ‘But you can adopt,’ I don’t want to adopt, I want my own DNA in a little person. That’s the only way, selfish or not, whatever that is, I’ve wanted it,” she said. “”It just wasn’t in the plan, whatever the plan was… It’s very emotional, especially in the moment when they say ‘that’s it,’ because there is a weird moment when that happens.”
According to reports, Aniston and Curtis were first linked in July 2025, when the two were photographed together on a yacht in Mallorca. It’s not necessarily a pairing that anyone would have guessed, what with him being somewhat out of the public eye, but sources tell People the pair met through mutual friends earlier this year, bonding over a shared passion for mindfulness, wellness, and a shared sense of humour.
Curtis, a transformational coach and author known for his work in holistic healing and hypnotherapy, has been spotted alongside Aniston at several events, including the September premiere of The Morning Show, though they were not photographed together. Still, the couple has largely kept things low-key.
