Bare Knuckle FC superstar Mike Perry will keep a keen eye on the Misfits Boxing 22 main event.
Former UFC stars Darren Till and Luke Rockhold will clash in the Misfits Boxing ring on August 30th in Manchester. Rockhold, who parted ways with the UFC in 2022 following a loss to Paulo Costa at UFC 278, will make his professional boxing debut after a one-off in bare-knuckle boxing.
Till vs. Rockhold is one of the biggest fights that the young Misfits promotion has put on in its infancy. Both former UFC standouts are looking to make statements in their combat sports careers, after falling short of expectations in MMA.
Till and Rockhold don’t share a lot in common, as evidenced by their near-brawl at a Misfits Boxing 22 press conference earlier this month. But one thing they do have in common is their shared link to Bare Knuckle FC superstar Mike Perry.

Perry spoiled Rockhold’s BKFC debut in April 2023, defeating the former UFC champion by TKO midway through the second round. While Till hasn’t fought Perry in their combat sports careers, they’ve had a feud that’s spanned years.
Till and Perry were briefly linked to a potential matchup in Misfits before negotiations stalled. Now, with Perry watching on the sidelines and Till ready to headline Misfits Boxing 22, Perry will keep a close eye on how Till does in his next boxing match.
After one follower pressed Perry for his Till vs. Rockhold prediction, the BKFC superstar obliged on X.
“Unless Luke with gloves on is a new mythical fighter, I think [Darren Till] will win,” Perry opined.
Till didn’t take long to take notice of Perry’s prediction.
“Thank you sir [HEART],” Till replied on X.
Till has plenty of reasons to feel confident ahead of his Misfits return. Earlier this year, Till knocked out Misfits titleholder Anthony Taylor, before outpointing fellow UFC alum Darren Stewart just months later.
While a fight between Till and Perry has fallen short of the mark several times, Perry’s promotion recently made a six-figure offer to Till to settle their feud.

Dirty Boxing Championship offered Till $350,000 to fight Perry in the Dirty Boxing ring, but the fight didn’t come to fruition. Dirty Boxing is co-owned by former UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones, who announced his retirement last month.
Till and Perry have recently traded barbs on social media and accused each other of ducking fight bookings. As Perry awaits his next fight in the BKFC ring, he could potentially sign a deal with Misfits Boxing to fight Till, especially if Till is victorious next month.
In the meantime, Till is laser-focused on giving Rockhold a rude welcome to boxing.
