Big or small?

Last offseason certainly didn’t fall into the “small” category for the Mets with Juan Soto’s record $765 million contract, but it may have felt that way given the conservative approach president of baseball operations David Stearns took in constructing a pitching staff.

If the Mets are going all-in this winter, it will require a blend of spending at a high level on the lineup and pitching staff.
