Influencers, TV stars, models and even a Perth Glory star celebrated the start of this year’s Albany Rock Oyster harvest season in Cottesloe.
More than 150 guests gathered at Indigo Oscar for the exclusive launch, where they toasted the season while enjoying ocean views, freshly shucked Albany Rock Oysters and coastal-inspired canapés, paired with local wines and cocktails.
WA’s winning Bachelor star Ellie Rolfe, Perth Glory’s Adam Taggart, Andrew Forrest and influencers and models such as Brooklyn Metropolis, Montana Criddle and Topaz Berger were in attendance.
Forrest’s company, Harvest Road Group, acquired the oyster operation in early 2020 and the business runs under his shellfish brand, Leeuwin Coast.
The evening featured insights from Leeuwin Coast partner chefs, who shared what makes Albany Rock Oysters a true taste of WA.
It was a fitting celebration of one of the State’s most anticipated seasonal delicacies.
