Subiaco’s Intuition Wine and Kitchen marked its first anniversary with a night that captured the restaurant’s essence by combining food and performance.
Guests were treated to an immersive six-course dining experience, each dish paired with premium wines, curated by Chef Mathieu, whose modern Mediterranean cuisine with French flair has shaped Intuition’s identity since day one.
The evening unfolded as a sensory journey, with flavours, textures, and stories woven through every plate but it was the roaming mime and cabaret performers that transformed the dinner into an unforgettable experience.
