BBC Studios brings together media and streaming business in ANZ and Asia together under Robi Stanton.

BBC Studios today announced the formal integration of its media and streaming business in Australia & New Zealand and Asia into a single APAC region, under the leadership of Robi Stanton, appointed to the expanded role of President, APAC Media & Streaming.

BBC Studios ANZ said in a statement, “Robi brings deep industry experience and commercial insight to the role, having already played a key part in shaping our regional strategy since joining BBC Studios earlier this year. This alignment marks a strategic step forward as we sharpen our focus across APAC, strengthen local partnerships, and grow the reach of our fan-favourite content and services.”

Recent productions by BBC Studio Australia Productions led by Kylie Washington includes Dancing with the Stars, Ghosts Australia, Reckless, Mastermind, The 1% Club, Return to Paradise, The Great Australian Bake Off and The Office Australia.

In March Stanton was appointed EVP & General Manager of Global Media and Streaming for Australia & NZ, responsible for Content Sales, Channels and Streaming and Advertising Sales.
