One of Australia’s largest privately owned dental networks is re-testing bidder appetite with sell-side adviser EY in tow as interest in the sector shows no signs of slowing down.
Street Talk understands EY has relaunched a capital partner search for Experteeth Dental Group, whose network spans 38 locations across NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory. The business is making about $15 million at the earnings line.
