Cryptocurrency exchange KuCoin has initiated a major marketing push in Australia, announcing a partnership with renowned golf icon Adam Scott.
The campaign, themed “Integrity First. Trading on KuCoin Next,” aims to connect the values of elite sport—such as integrity, precision, and discipline—with digital finance. Scott will feature prominently, using a KuCoin-branded golf bag during major Australian tournaments, including the Australian Open and the Australian PGA Championship.
Scott expressed his confidence in the exchange, stating, “I’ve been following the crypto space for several years and have been impressed by KuCoin’s commitment to security and transparency.”
The move coincides with KuCoin’s Australian expansion, which includes establishing a new headquarters in Sydney and forming a local leadership team. Global CEO BC Wong emphasized the strategic importance of the market, which is anticipated to grow by nearly 20% to US$1.2 billion by 2026.
Wong noted that the expansion is a “clear signal” of the company’s commitment to the Australian market, focusing on enhancing regulatory alignment, security, and delivering a “regulated, connected, and converging future for digital and traditional finance.”
