Are you a community member looking for a chance to visit another organisation, exchange experiences and build new connections? Have you seen an excellent community resource in another language and thought about translating it for your local community? Are you someone who enjoys attending scientific or policy conferences and bringing new knowledge back home?
If yes, SCOPE is looking for you! We are launching three new opportunities designed to strengthen community leadership and support peer-driven HIV prevention across the WHO European region.
EATG’s SCOPE project[1] aims to strengthen the skills and knowledge of community health workers, advocates and researchers in the field of HIV combination prevention. It focuses on communities that are inadequately served by policies and programmes.

Study trips: learn, exchange and connect with peers
This call supports two individual study trips for community health workers and advocates who want to visit another community-led organisation involved in HIV combination prevention. It offers the chance to learn from peers, explore new approaches, and build meaningful partnerships.

Â
Scientific and policy conference scholarships: for the conference enthusiasts
This scholarship provides up to €2,000 for community members to attend a scientific or policy event of their choice. It enables participants to engage with the latest developments, connect with experts and peers, and bring new insights back to their communities.

Â
Apply to translate a resource material: make key information accessible locally
Two grants of up to €2,500 are available for community-based organisations that wish to translate important HIV prevention materials into local languages. This is a chance to ensure up-to-date, community-informed information reaches key populations in different countries.

Applications for all three opportunities close on Wednesday 3 December at 23:59 CET.
Please note that you are welcome to apply for multiple SCOPE opportunities, but we encourage you to focus on the one that best fits your experience and supports your growth as a community-advocate.
If you want to grow, connect, and strengthen community-led HIV prevention, this is your chance to apply.
