Do you think you could bowl as fast as Mitch Starc or Pat Cummins? Fans were able to find out across the first few days of the Perth Test this year with Aussie Broadband’s Legendary Speed Challenge. If you didn’t get a chance because of the brutal nature of the first Test, this activation is also coming to the Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne Tests this year.

The activation comes under Aussie Broadband’s official partnership with Cricket Australia, and will be running for the first few days at every respective ground of the first Four Tests across the Ashes. The challenge will be available outside the stadiums and forms part of the Fan Festivals that include live music, local food and drink experiences, and other games and activities.

It’s part of Aussie Broadband’s Legendary Speed and Support campaign for the summer, where Aussie is celebrating reliable, lightning-fast internet and award-winning Aussie support.

The campaign is being brought to life by Australian cricketing stars Mitch Starc and Alyssa Healy, both of whom are proud Aussie Broadband customers. It showcases how network performance and customer care can make a real difference, just like the legendary players who never miss their mark.

“There is nothing more iconic than an Australian Ashes series, and at Aussie Broadband we’re proud to be part of the experience for the first time with our Legendary Speed Challenge,” said Aussie Broadband general manager of marketing Rebecca Rizzo.

“It’s been a pleasure to work with Mitch and Alyssa on our Legendary Speed and Support campaign. We’re looking forward to enjoying another successful Ashes series, and potentially finding a new Australian fast bowler or two in the process!”
