“After four days of broken waters with no sign of showing up, mum was reluctantly induced but very pleasantly surprised by the outcome,” the caption read.

This new bub proves a welcome blessing following a difficult year for Brycki.
She has been open about postpartum struggles following the birth of her eldest, and previously opened up about coming to terms with her new body.
Speaking to close friend Steph Claire Smith on the KICBUMP podcast, Brycki admitted that she “really struggled” during the new-born phase.
“I spoke to my mum on the phone at one point and I said ‘I feel like I’ve fallen into a snake pit and you know, I’m finally climbing back out and then like a truck lands on me, and then when I get up from under the truck, you know, I’m squashed again by something and there’s just like this like really intense, like there was no relief.”

She said that while things certainly got better overtime, the post-birth period was a difficult time – having to juggle her own physical recovery with the needs of her son.
“You don’t get to go give birth and then relax and rest and let your body heal, you’ve got to heal and learn how to feed the baby, heal and pick the baby up every two seconds, heal and figure out how to keep baby alive…”
She also opened up about accepting her post-pregnancy body, sharing an uplifting message to new mums alongside a “before and after” bikini photo.
She urged new mums to show themselves grace, and reframe their mindset around their postpartum bodies.
“Postpartum is filled with enough to worry about – you don’t need to add body image to your pile of concerns,” she wrote in a candid Instagram post.
