Colorful has revised a couple of its iGame GeForce RTX 50 Ultra Z, to bring them in line with the latest ASUS connection standards. Specifically, their modular GC-HPWR piece is compatible with motherboards that feature BTF 2.0 interfaces. Naturally, ASUS has already outfitted a limited selection of its own graphics card products with the clutter reducing BTF design. Focusing back on Colorful, the Chinese manufacturer will still equip their newly updated youthful graffiti-themed Ultra Z options with standard 16 and 8-pin power connectors. The detachable hidden power connection system has debuted on an iGame RTX 5070 Ti Ultra Z OC option—graphics card enthusiasts have noticed retail listings pop up on China’s JD.com platform. According to a mid-November VideoCardz article, Colorful appears to be preparing similarly upgraded RTX 5070, 5060 Ti, and 5060 models. Oddly, the firm’s iGame Ultra Z product range does not expand upwards into the RTX 5080 tier.
