Using a golf GPS feels a little like cheating. No more guesstimating how many yards are left, which club to use or whether you’ll be hitting over water after the turn. The Garmin Approach is pretty advanced as all that goes: It tracks your club head speed, ball speed, smash factor and swing tempo, and it estimates how far you hit the ball. Ideally, you should be able to find your ball at ease.

Here’s a warning, though: These things are expensive … and very small. They’re easily left behind on the golf cart — I know from experience. I recommend attaching a tracker, like an AirTag, so you won’t lose it.

At a juicy $200 off, this gadget matches its all-time low price.
