He has bought and lived in some of Australia’s most expensive properties, but Atlassian billionaire Scott Farquhar says the cost and red tape involved makes development a nightmare. And he thinks artificial intelligence could be saviour and play a big part in alleviating housing shortages.
Speaking at the National Press Club in Canberra on Wednesday, Farquhar who is also the chairman of the Tech Council of Australia, outlined a series of changes he said would let the country profit from the AI boom.
