Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to pay-per-view (PPV) for the final time next Sat. night (Dec. 6, 2025) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, with UFC 323 “Dvalishvili vs. Yan 2.” As the name suggests, the event features a high-stakes Bantamweight title rematch between champion Merab Dvalishvili and former champion — and heated rival — Petr Yan.
The co-main event is another championship clash, as reigning Flyweight king Alexandre Pantoja puts his belt on the line against surging No. 1 contender Joshua Van, who is hunting history of his own as he attempts to become one of the youngest champions in UFC history.
“I’m defending my belt for the fourth time this year because I want to make history — it’s very important to me and my country,” Dvalishvili said. “At 323, I’m going to beat him. The best guy will win, and I’m the best.”
Oddsmakers lean heavily toward the champion. Dvalishvili enters as a -410 betting favorite over Yan (+320). Pantoja, meanwhile, sits at -245 against the dangerous and fast-rising Van (+200).
UFC’s final PPV of the year — and final on ESPN — is loaded with legacy on the line.
