United States: In the United States, the CDC reported a total of 1,798 measles cases across 43 U.S. jurisdictions as of 25 November 2025, with 87% of these cases linked to forty-six outbreaks. The majority of cases are among unvaccinated individuals (92%), and 12% of the cases have resulted in hospitalization. There have been three confirmed deaths.
