The man was initially charged with 133 offences in July and August this year, after a mobile phone was allegedly used as a recording device in staff toilets at Austin Hospital, Royal Melbourne Hospital, and the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
Police say they have not uncovered any more offences at any other facilities, and they don’t expect to identify any more victims.
The new charges relate to a range of offences, including stalking, producing intimate images, and installing an optical surveillance device.
The investigation is ongoing, with police saying further updates would be provided when appropriate.
