EXCLUSIVE: Paradigm has signed six-time world champion and Olympic gold medalist Sugar Ray Leonard for representation in all areas.

One of the most recognized athletes of all time, Leonard is a key figure who helped transform boxing into a global entertainment phenomenon. Through his rivalries and influence, he helped usher the sport into primetime, as well as the building of commercial frameworks that are still in use today.

Leonard has spent decades at the pinnacle of sports and culture. Beyond his Hall of Fame career in the ring, Leonard has built a presence beyond the ring with executive producer and on-camera credits across premium sports programming, live event coverage, and major broadcast partnerships. Paradigm touts how Leonard’s life story and career “continue to attract attention from filmmakers and studios for both scripted and documentary projects.”

Through the Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation, which was launched 14 years ago, he champions youth empowerment and healthcare causes, with a core mission of supporting diabetes research and awareness, as well as funding community programs.

He is also a speaker for corporate audiences worldwide, “drawing on decades of leadership, discipline, and performance under pressure,” Paradigm highlights. For 25 years, Leonard has delivered speaking engagements globally and is represented by CAA for these appearances. He is also represented by the Washington Speakers Bureau in the same capacity.

Leonard joins Paradigm’s roster of combat sports talent, which includes Mike Tyson, CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Liv Morgan and Alexa Bliss, among many others.
