That report – published today by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare – captures the number of Australians living with neurological conditions and their impact on the health system.
In 2022, an estimated 2.2 million Australians suffered, at a cost of $6.6 billion to the country and experts believe those figures only just scratch the surface.
