Veteran dealmaker David Di Pilla has replaced the chief executive of his company’s data centre developer REIT DigiCo Infrastructure, with a former AirTrunk heavyweight, who’s been tasked with reviving its underperforming share price that has slumped despite the artificial intelligence boom.
Michael Juniper, who served as deputy chief executive at AirTrunk during its $24 billion sale to Blackstone, will replace DigiCo’s outgoing boss Chris Maher. Juniper joined Di Pilla’s HMC Digital Infrastructure group board in September, and will now take the helm, while Maher shifts to a government relations role across the wider group.
