Phillip Island is famous for penguins, surf beaches, and the Moto GP, but local businesses are worried that the GP might move out of town after their contract ends next year.
Bass Coast Shire Mayor Rochelle Halstead has helped write a letter to the Premier urging her to secure the Phillip Island location.
“There’s possibilities of it going anywhere! It could go interstate or international.”
