We obviously cannot know for sure if Haim and Swift both had dinner and a glass of wine, but the internet has agreed that it’s not a leap. Commenters on Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, TikTok, X, basically everywhere, noted that the outing was basically exactly what Swift described in “No Body No Crime.”
Said one TikTok creator, “This makes me laugh a little bit,” because it was Tuesday night when the two went out. Several others merely included the audio of the song over paparazzi videos of the outing. One person commented on Instagram, “Y’all think they’re going to olive garden for dinner and a glass of wine bc it’s Tuesday?” While others just commented with the lyrics. And some version of these comments have been appearing all over other social media sites. “Exactly where she said she’d be,” noted one person on Bluesky.
Sure, these are not the most esoteric of Taylor Swift’s lyrics. But did we expect them to be quite this literal? Now we know, apparently.
