Australian fintech platform Lendi Group has promoted Michael McCash to general manager of growth as it carries momentum from its Find Buy Own strategy into 2026.
As GM of growth, Michael, (known to many as ‘Cashy’) will lead the Group’s multidisciplinary “Growth Supergroup” and in-house agency that spans marketing and product across both the Lendi and Aussie brands. With a sharp focus on brand, performance and media, Cashy will continue to drive the Group’s growth strategy.
McCash has built his career blending brand and performance to drive growth that lasts, including senior marketing roles with Providoor, DoorDash, HotDoc and MYOB.
Throughout his career McCash has managed over half a billion dollars in media investment from TV to TikTok and everything in between. He is the Co-President of the Melbourne chapter of ClubCMO, a member powered CMO organisation.
Chief product officer, Travis Tyler said “Since Cashy joined our business in mid 2024, we’ve seen an incredible transformation in our core growth performance. As we focus on embedding our Find Buy Own brand platform and strategy in market, Cashy’s continued leadership and strategic thinking around our media mix is essential. This is an incredibly well deserved promotion, and we’re excited to see what Cashy will bring to his new role.”
GM growth, Michael (Cashy) McCash said “As Australians rethink how they Find, Buy and Own property, the role our brands play has never mattered more. Over the past year, our marketing has made a real impact in accelerating that shift and giving buyers and owners a stronger voice in the market. I’m excited to work with Travis and the executive team as we continue to build a new experience for home buyers.”
Earlier this year, Aussie, the Group’s primary brand in market, launched a new Find. Buy. Own brand platform and national campaign to reposition the 33-year-old business as more than a mortgage broker.
