A Domino’s veteran is swapping his pizza delivery uniform for cycling gear in a bold fundraising journey.
Jason Hunt, an operations development manager from Twickenham, is riding from John O’Groats to Land’s End to raise £20,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Mr Hunt, who has worked at Domino’s for 22 years, said: “I’ve never done anything like this before, but knowing we’re raising money for such an important cause is all the motivation I need.
“I’m proud to represent Twickenham and Domino’s on this journey to hopefully raise as much money as possible.
“After 22 years with Domino’s, I’m used to pushing myself, but this is a whole new level – especially as a novice cyclist who usually prefers an engine.
“I’m really looking forward to seeing Britain from a cyclist’s perspective, pushing myself physically and mentally and raising vital funds for Teenage Cancer Trust.”

The trio, calling themselves the Pizza Pedallers, are marking 10 years of partnership between Domino’s and the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Since 2015, Domino’s has raised more than £8 million for the charity.
The cycling challenge involves 46,000 feet of climbing, with some days covering more than 200km and 8,000 feet of elevation.
In signature Domino’s style, the cyclists will wear garlic and herb dip-themed outfits and carry a pot of The Big Dip for the entire journey.
Though Mr Hunt is used to long journeys on his motorcycle, this is his first time covering such distance under his own pedal power.
The team will be supported by Domino’s colleagues, Teenage Cancer Trust ambassadors, and members of the public along the route.
