After two years, Intense is out as team sponsor for Joe Breeden’s Axess Racing. While the U.S. brand is out, the recently-revived Nukeproof bikes is in. Axess announced Nukeproof as a new title sponsor just days after Intense’s departure.

The return to World Cup racing is big news for Nukeproof. The brand’s always been big on racing. After coming through some, uh, significant financial difficulties over the last few years its amzing to see Nukeproof getting back to the races so soon.

It’s also great for Axess’ roster of racers. Joe Breeden continues to lead Nukeproof Axess Racing. He’ll be joined by World Cup podium finisher Millie Johnset and Red Bull Hardline pioneer Louise Fergeson. As well as Milatul Khaqimah, Camden Rutherford, Juanfer Munoz, Oscar Griffiths rounding out the squad. They’ll continue mixing World Cup racing, Hardline appearances and urban downhill racing.
