Seattle Kraken
Jared McCann and Vince Dunn are “very likely” to return from injuries against the Philadelphia Flyers on Sunday (8 p.m. ET; KHN/Prime, KONG, NHLN, NBCSP), Kraken coach Lane Lambert said after the morning skate. McCann, a forward, was activated from injured reserve; he’s missed seven games with a lower-body injury sustained in a 3-2 win against the Los Angeles Kings on Dec. 10. He has been limited to 11 games this season (eight points; five goals, three assists) after being on injured reserve with another lower-body injury. Dunn, a defenseman, has missed one game with an upper-body injury after leaving a 3-1 victory at the Anaheim Ducks on Dec. 22, when he was hit by Ducks forward Ross Johnston. Dunn has 19 points (five goals, 14 assists) in 34 games and is averaging a team-high 22:32 of ice time.
