The NFC West scenario is simple, as the winner of this Saturday night game walks off the field with the trio of the divisional title, first-round playoff bye and home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. These teams haven’t met since Week 1, which the 49ers won, 17-13, in Seattle. 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy is playing like one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL in recent weeks, throwing for 11 touchdowns compared to two interceptions over the last three weeks, with at least 295 passing yards in each contest. Saturday night will be a daunting challenge for Purdy against the Seahawks, though, who rank second in defensive scoring (18.1 points per game) and first in yards per pass attempt (6.1).
